NEWCASTLE HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMS VERY WELL AT ESKOM
EXPO SCIENCE REGIONAL COMPETITION
Newcastle High school took part in the regional Eskom Expo competition at the Outdoor centre in Ladysmith on Friday 26 July 2019. We are very proud of the learners who took part. Of the 21 projects entered, 13 projects were successful in being awarded medals: One Gold, 5 Silver and 7 Bronze medals. Learners who attended as assistants at registration, refreshments etc were:Maxine Daubert, Brandon Thomson, Prevana Choonilal, Kwandokuhle Thusi, Anele Mchunu, Emma Sumaili, Lebohang Maphumulo, Andiswa Dlamini and Telisha Naidoo. The following educators assisted as judges at the competition: Mrs K Roopsingh, Ms A Gounder, Mrs R Archery, Ms I Gerber, Mrs N Reddy, Mrs S. Singh and Mr T. Bisnath. Mrs M.
